Product core
No-signup practice, accounts, Google login, payments, progress, SEO pages, and harder quiz choices.
Now
Classroom MVP
Teacher rooms, student join links, live quiz sessions, result capture, and a cleaner teacher workflow.
Next
Teacher tooling
Reusable assignments, class history, worksheet exports, and clearer performance reports.
Later
School scale
Google Classroom production rollout, textbook lists, multi-teacher schools, share cards, and larger language clusters.
Growth / SEO infrastructure
The next growth layer is a larger library of useful, indexable verb pages. This is planned as quality-controlled learning content, not thin programmatic SEO.
Expand from the current reviewed cluster toward a larger public verb library, starting with Swedish.
Every verb page needs a conjugation table, examples, mini-quiz, internal links, canonical metadata, and structured data.
Scale Spanish, French, and German only after the Swedish template shows stable indexing and useful query signals.
Connect language hubs, tense pages, verb pages, and practice CTAs so visitors can move naturally into training.
June 30 MVP definition
Autumn 2026
After the June classroom MVP, VerbTrainer will support teachers who want practice to match the verbs in a specific textbook, chapter, or course plan.
Chapter-based verb lists
Teachers can build practice from the verbs in Chapter 1, Chapter 2, or their own weekly course sequence.
Custom course sets
Classes can train a saved list instead of random verbs, while still using VerbTrainer feedback and progress tracking.
CEFR and textbook tags
Verb pages and assignments can be grouped by A1/A2/B1 level and by course material where appropriate.
Teacher import workflow
A simple import path will let teachers paste or upload a verb list from their own approved material.
Scope discipline
The goal is a credible release, not a bloated promise. These items stay planned, but outside the first education milestone.
Full school administration
Multi-school billing, permissions, and advanced school admin can wait.
Deep Google Classroom sync
Integration exists, but production rollout should wait until the core class flow is stable.
Unreviewed SEO scaling
New verb pages are planned, but only through the public library quality gate.
Advanced AI learning paths
Useful later, but the MVP should prove simple practice and classroom value first.
Active development
VerbTrainer is being built in public-facing steps: tighter training quality, fewer onboarding gaps, and a focused education workflow teachers can trust.
